ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Unfortunately 40 of the flamingos have been stolen.  Police reports have been filed with Florida, Goshen, and Middletown.  At this time, we will not continue with the fundraiser as we do not have enough birds left to continue the flockings.  Thank you to everyone who helped move the birds!

Pancake Breakfast planning is coming along.  Matt Dorcas volunteered to coordinate all the placemat ads.  Please contact him if you sell any ads or have any questions.  Matt is also going to work on a "big ticket" raffle item.  If you have any ideas or connections please let him know.  We need another person to coordinate the pre-event 50/50 ticket sales.  Please let Mike, Frank, or Lauren know if you are interested in this job.  The committee is having their next meeting at Phil Steinberg's office in Pine Bush on December 6th at 6pm if anyone is interested in attending.  If you have any new ideas for the event please let Mike or Frank know!

SPEAKER(S):
Wiffle for Kids had another successful year!  More than 25 teams played in the wiffle tournaments, over 100 people came out for the Family Fun Fest, and we raised $12,769.16!  (Net figure)  Checks were given to the Boys & Girls Clubs and the YMCA.  10% of the proceeds goes to our club for other donations we make throughout the year and 30% goes to each benefiting group- the Boys & Girls Clubs, the YMCA, and our club's scholarship foundation.  The Boys & Girls Clubs and the Y were each presented with a check for $3,830.75.  THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this event a success!  Whether you were a sponsor, worked on the committee, or helped day-of we could not have pulled off another Wiffle for Kids event without you.  Save the date for next year- September 15, 2012!!!  (3rd Saturday in September.)
