The following are minutes from our November 30, 2010 meeting.

ATTENDANCE: __ of 30 members

Dick Ploth, Ossining club; Ron Klieverik, Goshen club; Etna Kotur, Goshen club; Nikki Regina, Prospective member; PDG Doris Obremski, speaker
UPCOMING DATES:
December 3rd -- Board Meeting
December 9th -- HONORehg Birthday Party with Interact Club (Changed from 12/10), 5:30-7:30. Please let Bill B. know if you can help!
December 11th -- Holiday Party, 5:30pm, Kim Imholz's home, 10 Commonwealth Avenue, Middletown. Please RSVP to Kim, Patti, or Laurette.
December 14th -- Gift wrapping at Galleria to benefit American Cancer Society, 6-10pm. Let Mike S. know if you can volunteer.
December 17th & 18th -- Bell Ringing with the Salvation Army. 10am-8pm each day at Macy's end of Galleria.
January 30th -- 2nd annual Pancake Breakfast. Please sell tickets and placement ad space. Mike emailed flyer and it can also be found on website.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Bill B. announced that the new Interact Coordinator has recruited 6 new members.
Walter Tonyes announced that Ball Corp. has committed $2,500 to the scholarship again this year. In addition, he has requested that CRHC double their contribution, but has not received a reply as of yet. Mike S. suggested they be approached to commit some of their donation to help fund our Scholarship fund.
SPEAKER(S):
PDG Doris Obremski presented information on Membership. Statistics were presented from RI indicating the age groupings of Rotarians and general characteristics of these age groups. With this information Membership committees would be able to develop strategies for increasing their membership. She pointed out that those clubs with active committees were successful and stressed the importance of having an active membership committee.
